Everyone was very nice, there was a few dings on the walls and they lost the screws to my big TV they told my wife that they told me where the screws were but they didn’t that was disappointing so we spent three days trying to find screws for the TV

I think you should send a person to look at what it is to be moved. I advised the office that my furniture was heavy and big and the movers were not prepared

Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. The movers were great! I didn't realize they couldn't get in crawl spaces; this caused a lot of pain and unexpected work for me while move was in process. Total time/cost ended up being 60% higher than I expected. I feel like it would save some surprises by having someone come to see the house ahead of time.

Matthew, Lucas, and Tristan were amazing! They moved so quickly, I wasn’t even sure where to stand so I was out of their way! They were professional, efficient, and gave me peace of mind.
