The original crew on 5/7 worked hard and professionally. Unfortunately, the overall experience afterward was extremely disappointing. There was no accountability regarding delays, damages, or billing concerns. I ended up paying well over the quoted amount despite broken items, delays, and taking two days off work. The second crew showed little professionalism or care for my property. Worst.
