They refused to finish the move due to the apartment having bed bugs over 9 months ago. The apartment has been cleared for 9 months. They also broke my desk completely.

Our teams are extensively trained and we take care of customer belongings as if they are our own. We also train heavily on safety. Should a crew feel the conditions are unsafe in any manner, they are instructed to contact our management and we take the appropriate next steps from there. the guys were so great!! they worked fast and made my move wayyyy smoother. moved from a third floor with a narrow hallway so it couldn't have been easy, but they took care of business, truly went above and beyond my expectations! definitely worth the money, i can't imagine moving without movers ever again lol. saved me so much headache (and pain!!)

The team was efficient, so they finished the move faster than expected; however, this is likely because they didn’t handle our boxes with care, didn’t collect all the boxes from the first location, and failed to organize the boxes in the new apartment as instructed. There was more work on my end after the move than I would have liked.

I have been using TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for at least the past seven years and each time the crew has done a terrific job. My new favorite was the hanging storage boxes for your clothes , since most of my clothes were on hangers that made for an easy transition from closet to closet . I highly recommend this company if you want the job done correctly, efficiently , quickly without stress.
