I found chris and rubin polite, respectful, and efficient. they came in had a plan and made it happen. got to the new place they had a plan and made it happen. it couldnt have been less stressful for me at a stressful time. thank you

Crew started out seeming to be professional introducing themselves etc. Then went downhill from there. Dropped refrigerator dented the doors . Couldn't figure out how to get things moved through doorways. Chipped some wood furniture. Very inexperienced or just did not care. Banged up woodwork in doorways. One was on his phone a lot. The office team was great! They were very cordial and helpful with our moving experience. Office did make things right with us. They just need to train the moving team much much more.
