Edwin, Doug and Berto couldn't have been more efficient, nicer or professional. They were very understanding of what I needed with the set up in the basement area where the furniture and boxes were going. Up and down the stairs, they were so very easy-going and cheerful. I would recommend them to everyone as a team. We were thrilled with the idea our movers took great care in moving our things out of our home and back in to the condo in Chicago. They were all respectful and very hard working! Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Overall good. However I tried to contact the office for a few days prior to my move to update them on the amount of stuff I planned on moving, but for about 3 days I couldn't reach anything but a voicemail, and when I finally was able to contact someone on the morning of the move they told me that "The team had already been dispatched for the day" so my rate was increased from having a third mover that wasn't required. Additionally, one of the movers damaged a shelf of mine, but it wasn't a shelf I cared much about so I didn't care to take any issue with it at that time.

Prompt, efficient, friendly, and VERY forgiving when I couldn’t decide where I wanted them to place things in our new house. They were far more organized than I was!

The 4 man crew that showed up were as good as any high end mover. All men were working together as a team and all were very knowledgeable, surprising how well they knew how to move my baby grand piano. The truck looked newer, the uniforms were great!
What more could one ask for! I will ask for these guys again on my next move!
