The moving team was very professional, hard working and tried to please me all day......Despite the heat and hard work...they were as pleasant as could be. They made the possible stressful situation almost non stressful. Will recommend your company to anyone that is moving. I can not say enough positive things about the movers I had. A real asset to your company......they are keepers and deserve a big pat on the back and a little extra in their paychecks....

My umbrella had a solor panel on the top of it so the light would work, that was broken off and missing.
My freezer door handle is missing
We had to repair the ceiling paint at the old house because they scrapped my dresser on it.
Boxes were marked with colored packing tape as to what room they were supposed to go to, pretty much everything ended up in garage or basement.
whoever did the original quote was off, they quoted 2 trucks and 4 men and they had to order an additional truck for the move. I am not sure if that cost more money or not
Overall the guys were nice and it can't be an easy job to do. I just wish things were not broken or missing.

The move went very well and the guys did a great job. My only comment is that they were supposed to bring a bag for the mattress but did not. They did however take good care of it, but i would rather have had a bag.

Solid team. Difficult house and stairs, and when the bed frame didn't go up the stairs we agreed to pull it up from the ground onto the porch roof, and in the window. The only negative was that I had signs on all the rooms and labeled the boxes/items to match, but many things were not put into the corresponding rooms, meaning at the end there was a lot of shifting. They were kind enough to roll out the three large rugs and assemble a heavy bed as needed. It was a sweltering hot day but they were still positive, helpful and as cheerful as I suppose they could be, for which I was very grateful. I would happily use them again (and, to my surprise, one of the crew was an acquaintance!) on future moves as well as recommend them. Thanks again to all!

The guys moving were great, wee quick, and they worked very hard.

My experience from start (online form) to finish (actual move) was excellent. The office staff was friendly & explained everything in detail. I asked for a quote & I got a quote. They said we'll call you 1/2 hour before & they did. They called prior to remind me the move was coming up. They said they'd be there at 12:30 & the truck pulled in at 12:30 & they got right to work. They're on your clock & they don't waste time. I had to almost physically stop them for a quick ice tea break because it was 90 degrees out & they worked like dogs. And when I told them about an antique, they were very careful with it. Overall I was very happy & would recommend them.
