The crew was very kind and easy to talk to and was very cute they arranged the items in each space vs. just putting the items in the right rooms. We were very happy with the service.

Everything was wonderful, except the fact that I was not contacted when the timeframe for the move changed. I understand things happen but to not be told that my contract time of 12-3p was changed even by the half hour it was, was upsetting and I was left wondering if the move was happening at the end of the time frame. Otherwise, my movers were amazing and the person who set my appointment up was wonderful!

The two men that moved my furniture were the greatest.

We called to get a quote for our move into our first home. Rob met me after work at my home to accommodate my schedule. He explained everything very thoroughly. The office sent multiple confirmations that they would arrive at the specified time frame. Our movers arrived on time and were extremely friendly. They were easy to talk to and moved everything quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use again, and hopefully get the same pair of guys!!

1-Scratched door/walls while moving furniture out of basement; movers said nothing until I called attention to it. 2-Dresser damaged slightly during move; I didn't notice until after they left. 3-Mover got upset when he had to move large TV to curb and wasn't able to get it up the basement steps so he had a fit and stomped it to pieces. Left all debris on the floor. 4-Missed dismantled book shelf in closet on 2nd floor; was in a rush when I told him to take it to the curb so he just threw all the pieces on lawn. 5. Two of the movers were hitting on a waitress for at least 5-10 minutes as she walked down street and entered restaurant next door. Overall, unprofessional, sloppy & expensive. Mover handling paperwork was a little better but he did have tantrum over large TV removal.

Great experience. Lead guy on truck was personable, friendly and efficient.

Everyone we delt with was friendly and professional. Would recommend to friends and family that need movers.

I've used the services several times and each time it was fantastic. The office is great and the moving teams are professional and so sweet.
