Two issues I had. Initially the movers did NOT shrink wrap my leather sofa, loveseat and chair. I was told by the sales person that the furniture would be shrink wrapped. I had to call the office before they shrink wrapped the remaining pieces but by then it was too late.

The second issues was the electric connections to the sofa and loveseat. The movers disconnected the cords and never reconnected the power cables, I was unable to locate the connect point as they were in a different location then the chair's connection point. Another truck was sent to my house several hours later and between the 4 of us we finally located the connection point, although it took several minutes. We were all baffled.

The 2 men bill and Cory were polite patient and hard working from the brook park store compared to the wickliffe store. When we moved from the east side to the west side they were lazy. Great group of movers and your gal in the office was wonderful. Very informative to all my questions. Very happy. Thank you mrs. john rickey

Arrived on schedule. Our movers were friendly, courteous and professional. They got the job done efficiently and there were no issues.

The movers were on time and professional. My complaint is furniture was damaged not just one piece but several. No mention of any damage either. Price was expensive compared to other movers but I would assume if your paying more you would get better care of handling people’s items.

I would highly recommend the gentleman that help move me out of my home and into my new home . They were very professional polite in handling all my things ! Office staff was also excellent and any questions that I have regarding my move ! I would highly recommend to men and a truck for moving !

I was happy buy $255 for under 10 minutes work is very steep.

I had Derrick & his team come help. One was seasoned and one was still training. I’ll tell you what, Derrick definitely knew what he was doing. They asked before they did certain things and didn’t waste time at all. Nothing was damaged but there were a few marks left, but it buffed out fine. Derrick certainly can pack well and conserve space. I was impressed when Von went ahead and lifted a heavy table top himself then took two large dressers out by himself. I forgot the trainee’s name but I could tell he was studying how to angle things and become better, he was helpful also. To Derrick’s boss: you really should give him a raise or at least buy him lunch. He is an asset to the team. I’ll call in a week & see what you did for him.
