Some minor damage was done and we were not alerted. I am thrilled to say when I called about it, the response was stupendous and positive! As a result, we booked the second part of our move with the company.

We actually got three men and a truck :) We only had about six crazy heavy pieces of furniture that needed to be moved from our house to a third floor apartment but that is why we hired them. Way to heavy for any of us to handle! They got the job done with amazing speed. I know these pieces were beastly heavy and they all busted a big sweat as they worked in sync to get them sucessfully up the two long flights of stairs. They were all so friendly too! Thanks so much guys...we really couldn't have done it without you!

Everything went really well. I chose you because of your location and I needed storage as well. The only feedback I would provide - I was not informed that you wrap everything once the items reach your facility/before storage. I was told the unloading process was pretty quick and not informed that wrapping them up was required. Not a big deal but didn’t budget this time in the cost of moving.

I used your service in August, and that moving team was amazing. I had a small move with just a few items this past week.
The movers were very friendly, and I can't understand why drop clothes were not put down on hard wood floors or foot covers on shoes in December. I had to wash my floors when they completed the job. Also knocked a picture off my wall while they were trying to carry a mattress upstairs. They both tried going up the stairs at same time both carrying a mattress. I think they tried consolidating the job, but didnt work very well. I will use again, but only because the first crew was outstanding. Thank you Debbie Neuhofs

We have what is called carpet shield that can also be added to hardwood floors if requested, but to put down drop clothes or coverings on the movers shoes could cause them to slip and fall because they wouldn't have the proper grip. The team that helped me move was awesome. I was moving from a bad situation and had to call the police too recover my belongings. The team worked rapidly to get things out & this helped reduce my stress level. Plus we still stayed within the time and budget. I am very pleased.
