Your team in the office and on the truck made things go smoothly. They even confirmed the info and moving date in a timely manner. My moving team Dan, Greg & Sam were efficient and talented in getting tricky shaped furniture to pass thru spaces I never thought they would fit. The packing and unpacking both went smoothly. I recently used your services for my move from Minnesota to [Ohio, and I want to commend your office staff for their exceptional support throughout the process. The overall move was handled smoothly.

However, I'm disappointed to report that during the transition between the two state teams, the hardware for my bed was lost. This has caused significant inconvenience, as I am unable to reassemble my bed. When I brought this to the attention of the delivery team, I was told it was not their responsibility and that I would need to resolve the issue myself.

While I understand that some breakage can occur during a move, the dismissive response and lack of assistance with this issue were disheartening. It highlights the need for a better handoff process between teams, particularly when it comes to essential items like hardware.

This was my first time using Two Men and a Truck. The men were AWESOME! and PROFESSIONAL!

Very efficient, noncomplaining, willing to lift very heavy items. They analyzed how to move the upright piano carefully and re-assembled the dining room table and bedframes well. Excellent hard working young men with intelligence, moving insight, willingness to follow directions, and very polite.
