I did not have a good experience with two men and a truck. It took the movers 4 hours to move my stuff 5 minutes away. I only had one bedroom set and two couches and some other miscellaneous things. The movers also lost a piece of a swing I have for my back yard and also damaged my ceiling going up the stairs at my new house. My parents had used two men and a truck for their move and had a great experience and that is why I chose you for my move. I unfortunately did not have the same experience. My movers were personable but not efficient at their job.

I arranged this move for my son and mistakenly said he lived on the second floor of an apartment building instead of the third. When the team arrived, they didn’t want to do the move because they said they couldn’t finish it in a day. I called the office and apologized for the mistake and said I would pay for the extra time due to the stairs. The office said no problem, there is no job after you. So we went ahead with the move. Big mistake! One mover (we think the foreman) was a hard worker and tried hard. The other two guys clearly didn’t want to be there. As a result, we had a lot of damage to our property and the walls. In the end, I just wanted these guys out of my son’s home. I paid and didn’t report damage because I don’t have any faith in this company.
