I thought you guys did an acceptable job. Still waiting for someone to repair my ceiling.

I was given a range of time but on the day of the move the movers did not call me to give me an update. I had to call the office 2x before they called back.

Office staff for setting up move was outstanding. May days changed several times and the company had no problem accommodating me. Professional, knowledgeable, personable and helpful every step of the way. Movers were hard working young men who were more concerned about the care of possessions than I was at times, a truly professional experience all around.

Overall, staff worked very hard and tried to be careful with our belongings. However, it appears things broke down at the end(last hour) when they were running out of room on the trucks and were forced to place things in a way in the truck that caused minor damage to some items ex. our aluminum out door furniture which had nicks in the cast aluminum which I can sand out but they initially took great care removing them from our porch. I feel strongly they became scratched when they were moved in the truck in the last hour. This is also true of some furniture which has some rub marks on the edges which I can easily fix. As I previously stated, I thought the staff was very careful initially moving things but things became scratched/rubbed when moved in the truck to find more room.

The only problem I have is that after everyone was gone, I found one of your pads in my drive coverup a broken piece of glass that goes on my make up table. I've taken pictures of it. What do I do with it?

Overall, the move went well, but could have definitely gone smoother. Jason, the lead mover was excellent. He was training two newer employees which may have slowed down the move and caused problems. I moved from an apartment to a home. While they were moving furniture, they scuffed up some of the walls and even damaged a wall. These walls were newly painted. They also damaged a neighbors lawn when backing the truck into the driveway. The neighbor has taken pictures and provided me with a bill for cost of repairs.

Damaged furniture and walls, nothing was wrapped in blankets. Not everything was moved. Workers quit at 7 hours.

The movers were polite and friendly guys, but they are not qualified to be movers. They did not work as a team and tried moving many things on their own. Although nothing was damaged beyond repair, items and walls were scuffed up. This could have been avoided if they would have carried items as a team. An expensive bar, which I broke down into very manageable pieces, was moved from the basement to the truck to be delivered to a third party who purchased it. At the third parties home, I noticed that the bar had been loaded on end instead of the way it would naturally sit on the floor. The bottom side was not protected and rubbed against the wood floor of the truck causing damage on that side. The new owner said it would clean up, but this should have never happened if loaded right.

Everything was great except for the chunk taken out of the wall on my stairway. I was downstairs and did not notice. I am disappointed the men did not tell me. it was a recently painted wall. I tipped them well and still not let know they took a chunk out of the wall. All else was great.

Need someone to call me about damaged mattress. I reported it any never got a call.
