The team was professional and quick. We were very pleased with everything. In the final walk-through, we missed a large mirror on the bedroom wall. We called the next morning and were told someone would meet us there within a half-hour. They did and moved the mirror to the new home. We were very impressed with the follow-through. We would use them again anytime and recommend them to friends.

Our movers showed up and were kind of annoyed about where they had to park. There were a few items that got damaged/scratched in the move. Boxes were not put in the correct room. Amid the COVID-19 outbreak, I offered hand-sanitizer and it was never used that I saw and the movers didn't wash their hands when in the bathroom. They also smoked during the move.

The 3 movers seemed in a rush. shoved leather couch through door didnt take legs off ripped couch. lazy boy leather chair ripped also. i expect a call and replaced.
