The driver (Mike ??) was a great mentor to the younger guys. I appreciate their patience with the refrigerator difficulties. I would suggest that all units have ready access to google 'removing refrigerator doors' by make and model. It would have made the drop off smoother and quicker. Doors were removed and refrigerator installed 15 minutes after we gave up to get unloaded.

Everything went smoothly from the first contact with the office to the move day. The move took extra time due to the distance to the truck and quantity of stuff. The movers, Mike and Dennis, put in extra effort. Excellent job!

The move started late. The guys who moved my things did a decent job balancing timeliness with protecting my items, but I would've rather had them increase the time taken to make sure everything was transported as they would expect their things to be moved. There were a few times where I questioned the method of transport for some items (favoring speed over care). A few of my items were also not strapped down in the truck, which resulted in total destruction of multiple large items in transit. I purchased full-replacement insurance, but the replacement process was fairly unprofessional. The process that was explained to me (vendor would come inspect damage) never happened. I was mailed a check for the assumed replacement price without assistance to dispose of the ruined items.

I had many items broken, scratched and in some cases dropped. I have been trying to work with the local movers but they do not return calls, show up for appointments and now all I get for their phone is busy signal. I am the one having to keep trying to call them, they do not do what they said they would do like call me 3 days ago with an update on what is being done to fix or replace my items. I find this unacceptable, working with the Cheviot Ohio branch.

The guys moved heavy items from my car into the house. Made me very happy! I’ve scheduled another move like this for next Friday! (They moved old heavy printing presses @ 200 lbs)

I can't imagine our moving day without the Two Men and a Truck team. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They all had great energy and attitudes. We would recommend using this company to anyone we know is moving.

You charged extra 50 dollars to move piano and it was chipped two areas of the corner 5 cm x 5 cm.
New refrigerator was dented.
Left many Scratches on the walls and doors.
