Todd
The two men were great. The were efficient and didn't stand around. Because of their hard work they cut my estimate in half and I really appreciate that. The only suggestion I would have is after they are done, that they would have a walk through with the customer to make sure everything was taken care of. The lack of communication between myself and them was an issue on my part I don't blame them
Response
Todd, We are happy our team did a great job getting your move completed under the estimate! Our teams are trained to do a walk through at the end of each move. If there was something left behind, please let us know and we will make arrangements to get it moved for you. We appreciate your feedback and business.

Professional and helpful information was provided by Kathi in the office. The moving team was very polite and professional. The movers arrived in uniforms and timely. They first reviewed the areas and items and then swiftly went about their business. Details were explained upfront and again at the end of the move. I would definitely use them again.
