Movers were prompt, kind and most importantly strong! They did however leave a gash in my newly painted stairway wall. I’ve reached out to the office and Kristina was prompt to respond but I’ve not heard anything beyond that.

The 2 guys were very nice. I remember the one was Dante (sorry I don't remember the tall guys' name) They both were hard workers and very polite. My only issue is I wanted certain items in the back of my storage unit and other items in the front. This was communicated to one of the guys but I guess he didn't pass it on to the other guy. So when they were finished we had to do some rearranging.

I really liked my moving experience. Movers were really nice & really funny. I know it's not easy moving piano from 3rd floor apartment. But they did a great job!

When requesting this service, I requested 2to 3hours for the job. My brother added extra work stretching the job from 2 to 3 hours to 7-8 hours. Two men and a truck did not complain, especially since the weather that day was around 90+ degrees. They worked diligently and responsibly.

Macale is an experienced mover and good lead man. Randy was a helper who made good decisions and was courteous and will make a good lead man with more experience.

McHale and Dante were great. Moved us out of a fourth floor walk up with a spiral staircase to our new place in Fort Thomas on a very hot day. They both had great attitudes and we’re very professional. Would use two men and both McHale and Dante again. Would recommend to anyone.

The moving team that helped with my move were exceptional. From the moment they arrived (on time) they were courteous and friendly. They were careful with furniture and all breakables. They worked tirelessly through loading and unloading and completed the job in less time than we had estimated it would take. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
