Both movers were polite, and curtesy, one appeared to be in training and that was ok with me, but this seem to slow the process down just a little. On one of the last pieces to be moved they damaged the front door at my old location and I was told they took pictures and report it to their supervision and that I would be contacted (I never was) I had to make the initial contact. On the drive to my new location they got lost for about 20 minutes.

Drake was outstanding!. He’s a Hardworker that made the entire move possible. I will request his services in the future.

I had a rather large job ahead of the four men who came to move me & they did so with professionalism, efficiency, & care to the customer!

All four were polite, asked questions if they weren't sure, were Incredibly patient regarding MY questions, & met all of my needs. During the move itself, they consulted with me for placement of furniture & even put down the hardwood floor coasters i had so that I could move furniture later, if desired, without throwing out my back or scratching my hardwood floors.

It's hard to imagine, but I actually had fun moving with the company - they take the stressors involved in a move the size of mine & just remove them from the equation, leaving me to relax after last minute cram-packing & emergencies had me all anxious. I recommend them to everyone I know!!

My experience from start to finish was awesome! Everyone was so helpful and flexible to make my move successful! From planning, to making changes, to loading to delivery everything was excellent. The movers themselves were friendly, polite, efficient and went out of their way to help me in everyway. I can't thank you enough for making my move successful!
