There seemed to be a lack of communication between reservation crew and the movers. My name was spelled wrong, although giving the preferred number to call, they gave the movers my office numbers. I contacted the office the morning of the move, the gal said she would be sure to share the number. That message didn't get to the movers....they ended up arriving almost an hour late.

The gentleman who moved my belongings were prompt in their arrival time and very efficient in moving as quickly as possible. They were very kind and accommodating with all my needs including moving additional furniture around in the home. Thank you!!!!

The movers were great. They were very polite and friendly. The office admin was not at all understanding when I asked questions about how they were going to handle taking precautions due to COVID-19. The person moving was very high risk and I was shocked by her lack of concern. She said they will follow what the governor requires and sent me a hand washing sheet. Wow! The guys were great though.
