Our moving team was great! They were actually earlier than promised, very careful moving this really heavy table saw from the store into our basement, and came back to deliver a piece that was left on the truck. Could not ask for better service!

My third experience with the company. Once in Indianapolis, Columbus and now Cincy always exceed my expectations. For this move the team you sent was once again top notch. Nice friendly and professional! They worked fast and took every precaution to protect our furniture and equipment. I can’t say enough about how enjoyable they made the experience!!!! Excellent job!!!

When I first call for a quote I told them I have a motorcycle and also I needed an over night storage for my stuff and you gave me an estimated including my bike and YOU gave me the $150 hour rate ... when they moved me they were late because the weather but they charged me extra $150 just for my bike and the rate for the second day was $165 more expensive than what they told me ... NOT HONEST !!!

Marisela, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with these issues. On the day of your move, we agreed to send extra movers due to weather conditions in an effort to speed up your move and keep both you and our movers safe. As you needed us to unload after 6 PM, we had to push your move back a day in order to comply with Department of Transportation hours of service in which we did honor your previously agreed upon weekday rate instead of the usual weekend rate. We also apologize for any confusion about the motorcycle as it was not on the original estimate.
