I moved from MA to OH. My packing crew arrived on time, was extremely personable and professional. They wrapped and secured the furniture and totes perfectly.
Casey, from the Cincinnati office, called and confirmed arrival in Oh. She set up the date/time for unpacking.
My unpacking team was on time as well. They had everything off the truck and in my apartment in 30 mins. Great job all the way

The team was fantastic and the whole experience was great. Sarah in sales was always quick to respond and get the info I needed. The guys in the truck were very reassuring when I asked question or they faced a difficult item to move. Let's face it, moving isn't fun but these guys helped smooth out a lot of the rough spots.

Very impressed with Sara from office, courteous and professional.great follow up with confirmations.very knowledgeable.moving team were unbelievable.they were most efficient and quick.(Kimmy and partner) the best! Maybe a little pricey but made a stressful time in moving so much easier.i would highly recommend two men and a truck.

From the person I first made contact with to set up the date, to Kristofer’s team who delivered the furniture were very helpful and personable. All took their time to make sure everything was done the way we wanted it. They were also very mindful not to damage anything or hurt the woodwork moving the objects in and out of the houses. I

Unbelievable service! I called on a Thursday and was able to secure a Friday appointment. The team contacted me Friday morning to say they were available earlier than expected. Move was flawless. Jason and Dale were amazing. Could not ask for a better overall service. Less than 24 hours from first call to final delivery. Unbelievable. Thank you to the entire Team.

The three gentlemen who moved us did a great job. They worked tirelessly throughout a hot and humid day. Only negative comment was that due to the heat, they were very sweaty and their moisture rubbed off on the walls as they were moving through some tight spaces. Left some sweat stains on the walls. Overall, I still give all three of them five stars.
