customer service by phone was quick friendly helpful efficient. our movers were SAME - two great guys we enjoyed interacting with and who performed job perfectly. all in all great experience would definitely use again for in-house big item move like this!

Awful, all day experience for a small moving job. I shared my thoughts verbally the day of the move. All new team members need an experienced person with them. The only reason we didn't refuse to pay was the effort towards the end. The move took 12 hours and it could have been done in 4 hours with an experienced person present. Frustrating & we will never use the services to many errors.
