They put the box spring and mattress on the bed frame without screwing in the screws which caused the frame to break.

My moving team was great so careful and reassuring with fragile items and that gave me peace of mind. Also they worked super efficiently and went with the flow with things being moved around multiple areas in the house as we were placing out of the way of a floor refinish. And they were super nice!
