Casey Monahan was very helpful and supportive during my move. I am answering this survey before my household items have arrived at the destination, so I'd rather answer a survey when everything is here safe and sound. But in the context of the move on the origination end, I'm very satisfied so far.

I think it should be pointed out to the customer that they will be charged an additional 1.25 hours above the actual time the team is with the customer.

You are welcome to charge whatever, but being transparent up front helps the customer budget during the move and there are no surprises when the final bill is paid.

Chevy and Mike were awesome. Professional, great personalities, hard working, and efficient. Couldn’t have been happier - great experience for myself and my client.

Excellent team with great energy attitude professionalism and follow-through

Moving team was great. Got it done quickly. The estimate was very close, however, it should have been disclosed at the onset that the customer pays for transportation for both coming to the project and leaving the project. In no other industry is an employee paid for their travel time going to, and leaving, work.

We were very impressed with the competence and courteousness of all Two Men & a Truck personnel we came in contact with, in person & over the phone. Thank you for making our move as painless as possible.

Your guys showed up on time, were courteous and went straight to work and got the job done.
