Was quoted a price, selected a move date, (move date was very critical because my son was shipping out and needed his furniture to move to his new base). Supervisor called said the truck was overweight and we needed a second truck. He told me it would cost an additional $1000 dollars AND the truck would be delayed! My son did not get his furniture and now is being stored at our new home. We will now have to pay to have his furniture shipped to Norfolk at our cost as his furniture missed the truck the CG was paying to bring his other belongings to Norfolk. The supervisor was not helpful in helping/understanding the situation. Our actual movers were excellent but the other issues soured our experience.
