The movers were excellent, courteous and did a wonderful job. However, I do not believe our small job required 3 movers - 2 would have been adequate. Also, I had told the schedulers I could be here at 8 am and they put us in a time slot of 9-11 am. At 7:15 I received a call from the movers stating they could arrive as early at 7:30. At that time I was unavailable and couldn't get to the office until 8. We should have scheduled at 8 am to begin with.

The team showed up at the end of the day, already exhausted, to move a piano. They didn't have the right equipment because the shop was out that morning, so the process was rough and took longer than it should have (at my expense!). The office had not recorded my credit card correctly. When they called to find out how the move went, the response to my feedback was limited to "we will pass that along." We used them a year ago and were very happy, but after this year's experience, we'll look elsewhere for our moving needs.

There was an issue with the contents of our move. The boss, Joe, came out to explain the adjustments needed. He was super nice and helpful and then jumped in and helped pack and load for a good 2 hours, all while wearing his dress clothes!! We were super impressed! Also our movers, James, Jamal, and Tyrone were all super helpful and kind. They worked hard all day and kept a smile on their faces all day! They made our move super easy! We are very grateful for these men and Two Men and a Truck. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!!

We were very impressed. Even better experience than what we had the last time we used them and that was a good experience. But this was great. Got lucky and had three guys show up, moved quickly and efficiently. Everything was PERFECT! Would highly recommend. The office lady was great, too!

I had the guys pack my things and after trying to locate items, found that some boxes were haphazardly thrown together (pairs of shoes not packed together, for example). Toward the end, boxes were just left behind and not placed into the rooms. My wood floor was left with a big gash in it and furniture was broken, but not noticed until later. The guys were very hard-working and never took a break. I think they’re over-worked.
