My mom was missing two parts to her bed and when I called, they immediately followed up, found the missing parts, and came out to her home to reattach the missing parts onto her bed. I was very pleased with their professionalism and their customer first approach. I would book them again if I move in the future.

I was very pleased with the office staff. Very very nice, helpful, and accompdating. Not pleased with the movers at all. Some of my property was damaged including all pieces of my 2 year old bedroom set with scratches, knicks, and knife marks all over it. Movers were not careful with my furniture, were rude, and refused to cooperate to walk on surfaces laid out for them as the carpet had just been cleaned and it was rainy and muddy outside that day. I have called to speak with someone and I am currently waiting for a phone call on what is going to be done about all of this.

The three young men Mike, Eli and Isiah we're terrific!!!! They were friendly, courteous, good listeners and very careful with my furniture. All three of these gentleman are an asset to your company and they definitely work as a team. They did a wonderful job! Many Thanks to each one of them and to you for hiring them. Our movers were amazing. We underestimated how much stuff we had to move, so it took way longer, but they never complained. They were friendly and took great care of our things. We would highly recommend your services to anyone who needs to move.

The moving crew was great! Very pleasant and accommodating. The only downside was that some of the glassware was not packed as well as we thought it should be. But for the price, the service over all was very good. Would recommend to others.

We had a big move on our moving day. Two companies were moving us. One was bringing our stuff from Cincinnati and the other ( two men and a truck ) moved our closer stuff. Our experience with Two Men and a Truck couldn't of been better. Those guys were really nice, courteous, thorough, careful. Everything you hope a mover would be. We thought they were amazing. The other company arrived late, complained, took forever, threw some of our stuff on the ground, broke stuff, refused to move stuff to the basement. Talk about a night and day experience! In my mind, Two Men and a Truck are the only way move. Thank you so much for all your help, it was greatly appreciated.

The gentlemen that helped us move were very positive and super efficient! They moved very quickly, they were very kind, and they turned what can be a stressful day into a smooth day. I will be sure to use Two Men and a Truck again in the future.
