I am disappointed in the service I received. Most of the issues were made right in the end, but it made my move stretch out over weeks. I am still missing a Jeep floor mat that is not cheap and the only answer I got was "We don't know where it is." There was no effort to reimburse me for the missing item or any other attempt to make things right. I don't see myself using Two Men again. So very disappointing to pay over $1000 to have items damaged, missing for weeks and lost completely.

Thank you Thomas and Andrew for moving our heavy bedroom furniture. They are both friendly, professional and were very caring about the items they moved for us. They made sure to take care also not to damage our floors or walls. They were on time and the process went very smoothly. My husband and I are very satisfied.

The men who came to my home wete were very professional and courteous. Excellent work. I would recommend this company to anyone who has moving needs.

Everyone was professional, very efficient, and took very good care of us and our things. The movers were very polite and fun to work with. They worked very well together and were fast and very careful with our stuff. The leader Brian H was excellent! We have been lucky to have him as a mover twice now and he makes us feel confident that everything will be taken care of. He lead his team well and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. The team responded very well to him also and all worked well together and communicate well with each other.

More experience is needed for large appliances. A few tools and knowledge that a freezer door may have to be taken off to go through doorway is important. All in all moving goal was achieved in a timely manner.

Natasha at the North Canton office was great to work with. The men (Dan, Aaron, Tim, and Courtney) that showed up to complete our project were on time, professional, and polite. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. They were personable and easy to work with.

We got the word on a Tuesday that we could move into our newly purchased home starting Thursday. Needed a good mover quickly. Having seen their trucks and read reviews, we opted to call Two Men. The office staff were able to schedule us for Friday. And all was handled so smoothly and efficiently. Our team of 3 guys was just great. Quick but not rushed. Courteous and helpful. Even offered to tilt back my furniture so I could add felt pads to the legs before placing on hardwood floors. I will always recommend this group. The whole experience was just simply easy and calm in an otherwise hectic time. Good job!

My mother recently passed and she wanted me to have her newer washer and dryer. I have no living male relatives that could move these so I needed help. I saw the trucks everywhere and called. The office explained everything they could and couldn't do during the move, what I needed to prepare (disconnect) for the move and worked with me about timing as this was critical because of selling mother's home. The guys called before they came and showed up when they said they would. Wrapped appliances in blankets and plastic, CAREFULLY moved them out of her house and into mine. Placed them where they needed to be and even stayed for a minute to make sure I was ok receiving these items from my recently passed mother. I would recommend again in a heartbeat ! L.J.
