Movers were very rough and damaged a number of pieces of furniture. Broke our dryer. The office staff was unresponsive when sending emails and discussing. Said they would call me back and did not. I have had to initiate communication despite comments from office staff that they want me to be 100% satisfied. Hope to have this resolved quickly. Otherwise, I will be sure to share my negative experience with as many people as possible including a complaint to the better business bureau.

I am still waiting for a response on a resolution to the damage to property that occurred during the move. We were to have a follow up contact from our local supervisor Matt over ten days ago and he has not yet followed up with us. We are being avoided and this represents the typical attitude we found during our move.

The employees from office to movers all were very kind. They were timely and fair priced. The only suggestion would be better training with the movers and perhaps better equipment to move. They could not get a treadmill upstairs that was taken down by the fitness company in the process scrapped up the wall pretty good. In addition they lost the screws that hold my mirror on the dresser.

All 3 guys were friendly, helpful, funny and efficient. All went well except the marble on my marble top dresser broke in transport because it wasn’t wrapped properly. I know accidents happen, but this was a family heirloom that can’t be replaced. I was pretty upset, but forgiving.

The three guys were fast and efficient, however when they put the boxes into the new apartment they did not put the marked boxes in the proper rooms - kitchen boxes were in the bedroom and bedroom boxes were in the kitchen etc.
They also broke the glass on a picture that measured 48" by 25 1/2".
I did get a call from the office staff on Sunday and explained about the broken glass. They told me that the manager would call me in a few days.

One of our items is broken. The men told us you would contact us to get it repaired or replaced within 48 hours and you have not. They could not get a few of our items up the stairs or down and I felt They stood around a lot. The men were an hour and a half late. They gave us 10% off which was a joke. I was Told when I called The the price was $180 per hour. I called back to change my day and she said it dropped to $165 per hour. A man came to my old house to check to see how the move was going I told Him this he basically said that I was wrong and he would check into it but never heard anything else about it so overall I’m not impressed with your company nor would I recommend anyone to use your company.

The service of excellence.
The men were very professional, courteous and knew how to handle the items properly.

Just one note that although our printer was moved carefully, the screen had to be taken out due to the width of the door being narrow. Once in new place, the screen was reinstalled and was it turned on and seemed ok at the time but it's not working now. We need some assistance.

Tyronne and Aaron and Mike helped make my move-in day go smoothly and eased the potential stress with such great attitudes. There was damage to a table, and Two Men and a Truck fixed the table and compensated me for the damage. Thanks to all that helped!

Our second move with your firm. Both experiences were outstanding. One minor damage claim but your staff jumped right on it to resolve. Outstanding service and quality.
