Everyone at the office was friendly, helpful, and professional. The 3 man team who arrived to move me were hardworking and efficient. The move went as smoothly as they could make it and I was very satisfied.

The moving crew got lost going to the final destination. They did use their GPS but it is not always reliable. We tried to give them some verbal directions prior to departure but was waved off.
If they had followed my brother to the final destination that would have helped as well. Other than this all else went well and I was impressed. Thank you!

The movers were very nice, but we were supposed to have three guys and we only had two and they really needed three. They did take a piece out of our banister but the mover called me right back and sent out a guy to fix it. You can't even tell where it was damaged. If we would ever move again we would use Two Men and a Truck.

This company turned a stressful time into a very positive experience! I was impressed with Natasha in the office who kept in constant contact with us to see that things were going smoothly. And the guys who moved us... Daniel, Jason & Jamarcquelle...they were phenomenal! They didn't stop for a minute & were very careful with our belongings. They even came in below the estimate! We will definitely use them again on our next move. I can't say enough good things about Two Men & a Truck!!!

Just a few pieces were scratched and a broken light cover. Other than that the service was wonderful. The four men were very respectful. Thank you

i was very happy with the two men who moved me, though one dresser got slightly damaged. I was NOT happy with the explanation by phone of rate, hours, etc and when I signed the invoice, it still was not what was discussed.

Several items were damaged one being a refurbished antique walnut dresser that was in pristine condition.....it was not wrapped!! The excuse for that was they ran out of pads.......never told me they were out of pads when packing or I would have provided something to protect. Didn’t wrap a set of glazed urns......same reason! One urn was broken into many pieces beyond repairs. Large armoire was laid on its side and slide onto truck a painted piece that is down to bare wood in several places! I was offered $170 off my bill!! No way can these damages be repaired for that amount!! I was very clear when I reserved that the items I was taking were important. I hired what I thought were professionals to protect and take my things to temporary storage. I anxious to see resolution!!

Booking, setting up what was needed, getting quotes, etc was exceptional and very prompt responses. The guys doing the actual moving were fantastic. Very friendly, accommodating and hard working. Definitely willing to go above and beyond. There were a few items damaged, my only complaint. Beyond that they worked extremely hard and took great care to keep me informed and fill my needs. Great bunch of guys to work hands on with!!

I have used you many times before and this experience was the worse. The hard wood floor was scratched after we just replaced the boards, sanded, stained and varnished, also the the door going to the attic was scratched. The attitude was poor. Because I did not get my complaint in 48 hours I requested a $200.00 refund for the damage but was only given 100.00 will never use you again . The boxes were not put in the correct rooms even though they were signs for the rooms on the walls and the boxes were identified to those rooms . Bed was not put together and the dresser was put in the wrong room . When the mover was told about it he just got his dolly and they left . The whole move was unacceptable, never use you again nor will I recommend you.
