The movers were very efficient and worked well together. They did their best to move all we needed and took careful attention to especially the fragile items. I was impressed with the whole move.

I thought the communication could have been clearer between the truck employees and us. Neither employee really communicated anything to us . . . without us asking. They seemed somewhat unorganized when they got to my house. I had a call from the office to see if I could move-up my move time and I said yes, and then they were late getting to the house. I do want to emphasize that both employees were courteous.

The team did an excellent job in moving my items. They were extremely courteous and did a wonderful job with care of my furniture. I would recommend them to anyone.

Deon, Ken, and Rob were terrific! They took great care of our items! They allowed me direct each piece of furniture to desired location. I am handicapped, and they showed great patience and understanding. They are a terrific crew!

The crew was great but I reserved the Brunswick team and got a team from Elyria and had to pay for travel time from a place that is further away because the crew I reserved was running late. I didn't think that was right and was never told about travel time. You already charged me gas fee and then a travel fee as well.

The moving team was great. They worked hard while being very careful to protect both furniture and property. They were courteous and kept me appraised of their progress. The office staff too was fantastic with the exception of one individual who did not return my phone call toward the start of the process. I was very pleased even though the move went over the estimate - the reason was clearly explained and totally understandable.

I felt bad for the movers that day because where I moved I was told the elevators were working and in fact that was incorrect and I moved on the 4th floor so we had to go between broken elevators when they worked and they had to use stairs going up to the 4th floor but they were Troopers about it so but I feel really bad so I'm sorry about that the guys were awesome great experience otherwise great personalities
