We were totally happy with our experience with your company. The office staff answered my many questions, respectfully and friendly. I felt like I was speaking to a friend rather than a company rep. The movers were excellent, wrapping my furniture, explaining the process etc. One of the movers showed me some potential future problems with an old dresser they were moving. They were all friendly but professional. We had donuts for them and a small tip upon finishing. I really appreciated their hard work and especially their pleasant attitudes. They were quick but thorough and didn't seem to be taking any shortcuts. I also noticed that they seemed to work well together and had a mutual respect for each other. I enjoyed the whole experience since I was very apprehensive about moving

All the guys were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We met two separate crews since another tenant was moving from same apartment building, nice group of guys. Worked quickly and handled items with care. Enjoyable experience. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. The person who set up the move was very knowledgeable and helpful. She called back the week of move to finalize everything and answer any questions. Great customer service.

The movers arrived when scheduled, called before they arrived. Packed an loaded everything effeciently. They even took our request to wrap first and then pad the furniture that was going to storage so we did not have to worry about protecting it while in the stogare facility. They had it all packed loaded and unloaded well within the estimated time.

Overall experience was phenomenal. The 3 gentleman were all very professional and extremely polite.

The guys were great. They handled our items like they were their own. They even helped my husband put our bed together and attached the mirror to my dresser. I would highly recommend them !!

Besides the fact that the truck showed up at the pickup location more than an hour later than scheduled, the move went pretty smoothly. I understand that the job before us had complications, so I don't hold that against the movers. They were cautious and careful with our belongings and were very friendly. I give them a lot of credit for their hard work and the hours they put in. They had great attitudes, did the job well, and were able to do the job in a timely manner.

Everyone from the office staff Alicia and the three young men that came out and helped get everything out of the condo for me in the storage was a great help being able to move my date help me immensely I appreciate everything everyone did the movers definitely need a raise they did a great job thank you again!

Everyone we had contact with was professional, courteous and tried to antocipate our needs before we couldverbalize them. Each person of the team knew their job very well. The movers especially worked as a team, continually keeping things moving, to the point of not even taking a break. Great guys. The follow up from the office staff was also impressive.
