Dion was absolutely amazing. He was training 2 guys on the crew, and he was an excellent teacher to them. All 3 of the guys were professional, courteous, and they truly cared about us.

They kept us informed all along the way. Very friendly and professional.

The men were courteous and on time. Put things back together that had to be disassembled for the move.

Two young guys did our job. Both very professional, and polite. Did a great job! Could have lightened up a little

Rob, Ryan and trainee Jeremy were a delight to work with. Rob and Ryan explained everything before proceeding with each step of the process of my move. We had ugly weather on and off for most of the move. Even when there was slippage going up the ramp, all 3 gentlemen showed pure professionalism. The men were attired in clean, visible uniforms. They made sure to leave no unwanted dirt in our apartment. Even though the furniture was dirty from sitting in storage, the men wrapped it up and strapped it in the truck as if it was ready to be shown on Antiques Roadshow. The men showed empathy, humor, strength, respect and so many other traits throughout the move. I hope that they, and the girls from the office, whose names I can’t remember , all deserve rewards for making my move painless .Thx

1. The price was too high, first they gave ma a quote and later they said they needed to add one more man, so it went up. It was just a bedroom, wardrobe and other boxes.
2. The movers took way too much time to maximize the hours and charge more, I am 100% sure about that. I was there observing.

Good experience. They did what they said. On time and quick move.

Overall service was good, with a couple of exceptions. I had asked the office to alert me an hour before ETA of the drivers at my Copley, OH location. Instead the driver called me less than 1/2 hour from the pick-up, resulting in the drivers having to wait a little while, possibly costing me some extra time charges. Also, the drivers failed to remember (as did I I) to re-connect the cables to my Tempur-Pedic bed at the destination location in Medina, Ohio, causing my wife and I to spend considerable time and energy (I am 72 and my wife 62) for this effort. Thank you.

There were three men since I had a piano to be moved. They were very courteous and took good care of our stuff. The only thing wrong was they missed a couple parts to our sleep number bed and if I had not noticed them before I left the home they would not have been able to set up my bed. That would not have made me happy, however, I brought them with me and everything worked out. Other than that they really did a wonderful job.

What can I say, other than amazing! The office team was helpful, informative and not pushy. The moving team was efficient, positive and polite. I had used Two Men and a Truck before this move and would use them again.
