Wonderful job. The three movers were the best I've ever worked with

The crew was prompt, courteous and very professional. I was impressed with the care they took in wrapping the furniture to make sure no damage was done. They moved 2 apartments into a house in a very efficient time frame. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for a job well done!

The team of three, led by Robert, really hustled!!! We unloaded a 26' rental truck that was completely full in a little over three hours. The crew was extremely friendly, and I had a great time working with them; so much so that I will be requesting them in the future when we move into our permanent home! From a customer service perspective, the office staff were all very knowledgeable and courteous; they were also very understanding in allowing us a credit based on a misunderstanding. Well done all around - I can't say enough good things about everyone involved! In a word, I am also grateful that Two Men and a Truck was there for us on relatively short notice.

This would have been an excellent rating except for the fact that the moving team was one hour and a half later than their projected time of arrival of between 1:30 and 4:30 pm. I had called the office on about a half dozen occasions to find out the estimated time of arrival but was only able to connect with someone once getting voicemail instead. She informed us that the previous move had turned from a 3 to 4 hour job into a 12 hour job due to inventory issues. I was really disappointed in your service for not making a better effort to communicate with us. Finally called Katie who was helpful and gave us this info. This caused us a great deal of trouble on both ends of this move as we were finally getting things really late into a nursing home. We were given a 10% discount.

When I had to have a pickup and delivery made on the same day as the purchase. I thought of Two Men and a Truck immediately. I was pleased that they delivered my new loveseat the afternoon that I purchased it. I will use TM & T whenever I need help.

The local moving team of Jerry, Chris and Dakota were awesome. Great job guys and very helpful and professional. I would use again if needed.
Sincerely,
Mark O'Shea

the 4 man team never stopped working and actually seemed to enjoy each other. very pleasant experience. team leader sammy was great. ope never to have to move again but would definitely use two men and a truck.

We had 3 movers and they were great! They were professional, courteous, and quick. We would definitely use them again!

Our movers were out of Elyria. The lead mover also had his son working with him. All three were exceptional. The lead mover told us he was going to be a manager in Brunswick. He was a wonderful person and would make an exceptional manager!!

The three men were very respectful and careful. They worked from the moment they arrived to the moment they left.
It was VERY hot and they never complained. They listened when i told them I was concerned about my floor being scratched. They
assured me that they would put something on my floors to protect them and then they carried the furniture to the place I requested.
Very responsible men. Keep in mind respect works both ways and the customer needs to respect the men also.
