Here is my appreciation to the Two Men & a Truck team (Chopper, Jordan S, and ?) for my brother’s apartment move in N. Royalton. Arrival time was quite late however, you warned me when scheduling an afternoon appointment that there is always a chance of delays depending on previous appointments. Hence, I was not surprised. The crew kept me informed of arrival delays throughout the day. And, sending a third crew member at no charge was an added bonus to make up time.
The team exhibited a high level of professionalism, understanding, and creativity to complete as much as possible to meet my 2-hour goal. They were highly efficient and took direction from me as outlined. Risks to moving old furniture was clearly stated. Thanks again for the great service and the team.

First of all, they forgot wardrobe boxes, therefore they did not move our clothes and shoes. We had to come back and make dozens of trips up and down stairs load the clothing up in our vehicle then...it was a nightmare. Fragile stuff was broken. Fragile boxes were stacked on top of each other. Walls were literally damaged, staircase was damaged. It was a poor experience. I know moving is hard but that is why we hired movers, because it is hard. We wanted to make it easy on ourselves but it just made things harder. Not pleased at all.

I haven’t moved in 30 years and your company made the experience great. My multiple questions were answered by the staff and the movers were professional and so hard working. I will definitely recommend your company to my family and friends.

The guys made the hectic move smooth and professional. Even with the rain our items were tightly protected !!!

Had a great time moving with the guys and they worked very very hard with heavy furniture and never stopped working. I liked the way they switched off jobs to get a break but never stopped working. They were friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and took good care of my belongings.

Did not drag their feet, worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible.

I used a different moving company 5 weeks earlier to move out of a house we sold into a storage unit; that moving company completed all the work in 3 hours with zero damage to our stuff with only two movers. That company had no availability for our move from the storage unit to our new home so I hired Two Men and a Truck. Two Men and a Truck took 6 hours to do the work with 3 movers that the other company did in 3 hours with two movers. They also damaged some of our stuff and left dirty hand prints all over our new walls. Their inexperience showed as the manager with them was training the movers on how to do things while on the clock. Two Men and a Truck did refund me for the training time (30 minutes) but I will still never use and never recommend Two Men and a truck to anyone.

We sold our vacation home and this move was exceptionally difficult for us as well as the team of movers. They had a hard day ahead of them, because the drive way was not only uphill and steep, it was gravel. They had to carry many things when normally they would have been able to used a dolly. They never complained or bulked, they just did it! Very professional and courteous. Every piece of furniture was professionally wrapped in blankets and plastic. When we got back to our home in Medina, I was worried about a few of the pieces being stored unprotected. They said we could buy the blankets and leave them wrapped,so we did.
They answered all of our concerns from day one until after unloading. Used them in Fl. twice before as well as in Ohio. Highly recommend!

The service was good but your rates were outrageous for what was moved. I will never use your company again.
