After the original date did not work out the schedule was able to adjust things to get me into the next available early spot

Initially it appeared I had a choice of 2 men or 3 men. That was not the case.

Also I feel I had three men at pick up and only two men at delivery. This fact severely factored into why my estimate was off by so much.

Typically pick up take more time than delivery. However, my delivery took twice as long, and it appeared quite intentional.

Loads were not being staged and the elevator was coming up half ful. I actually watched as the process slowed down and only 2 guys were working.

At pick up the movers complemented how prepared. At delivery a strange increase in inventory, a too small elevator, and only two workers. Third man adjusting paperwork

On time, very nice team, worked quickly but carefully

Thought truck was coming from Brunswick, which was the office contacted, chosen because it was closer. Guys seemed inexperienced, lacked energy and seemed uninterested. Just burning the clock knowing that is where the $$$ are! Actually had to empart my own experience and physically help move two items. Dresser was turned end over end loading, sending items all over in the dresser. Would have emptied draws! Expected a much better experience for what it cost. Definitely not using again!

I was always kept informed. The office and movers were very professional and polite. Had a really nice group that came for the move and everything was handled just right.

The team that moved my belongings was personable and very conscientious.

What a great furniture moving experience! From the 1st call and the office’s ability to be flexible and delivering great customer service! Deon was wonderful at keeping me informed and going about and beyond. The other movers were great as well.

The truck had a large hole in the side and it rained and some of my boxes got wet. Your movers tried to contain the water but it should not have been an issue. That truck should have been repaired as it reflected negatively on your company just from a cosmetic stand point. But then when it rained it caused issues with the wet boxes I had to unpack and repack in new boxes. The two men were excellent but had to deal with inferior equipment.
