Did not take ownership for mistakes, way over priced for the work that was done. just care about getting their money not building any relationships with their customers

The guys worked hard. Friend mentioned that she thought the wrapping was excessive with the shrink wrap. It was to protect the furniture I'm sure but once or twice around would do the trick. Took up a bit of time. But all went well.

Terrible slow walk service for easy job. No boxes just a few items. They spent an hour looking for a screwdriver and then never took the bed frame apart. The never removed mirror from dresser and just left it. Left second dresser upstairs. Moved the one item I told them not to move and fully wrapped it taking about an hour. I asked what was in wrapping and it was the one price I told them not to move. Then they spent half hour getting it off the truck. Dropped at nightstand down the dtdie case and damaged walls. Complaint unanswered. Mover filled out “damage report” got half hour sitting on a bench. Had to hire real movers who did a fantastic job to get the items out. Caused stress and terrible customer service. Movers snap chatted and sat around. Filing complaint credit

It felt as though this was a new team. Some of their division of work was inefficient. The tow younger workers needed oversight. The office calling and having to be called seemed excessive and slowed down the process. The driver was given route instructions, because the street is not on google maps yet, and still missed the location wasting additional time. The younger workers completely turned dressers sideways and upside-down. The refrigerator was last and the doors needed removed, meaning one person working and two watching for the last 15 - 30 minutes. The mattress on the adjustable bed was soiled by 4 footprints on the side, and never connected the power source.

Movers were very polite and easy to talk to. They took very good care of furniture by wrapping everything. They even asked where I wanted each piece of furniture when they unloaded the truck. Would highly recommend this company.

Highlight was the guys who came. Wow! Courteous, listened well, worked hard and looked after our stuff. This was all in the rain. They kept their great attitude to the end at 8pm. Highly recommend 2 Men and a Truck

The initial walk through was acceptable but not heard by them. After part of the truck was packed did not move a large item which was the first thing we told them about on the phone date set up and waited until a third of the truck was packed before they told us would not move. Some items not placed where marked to be moved to. Movers are very very slow. Other companies have workers. These guys were slacking all day. Chatted amongst themselves. Not concentrating on the moving job.
