Charles, Jordan, Chopper & Anthony were very careful and helpful. They did a great job! The office staff were very helpful on changing our schedule.

From the office staff to the 3 men on the truck everyone friendly, efficient and professional. Was impressed when one of the crew was instructing a fairly new crew member. Also impressed with how clean and orderly the truck was. It was raining when they were inloading at the storage unit but they were careful to keep everything dry

The office was provided with detailed information about the 2 items that needed to be moved. Movers were not qualified to move 1out of 2. The office stated the movers arrival was between 9 &10, also that I would be notified the day before and the day of the move. Someone left a message but never received a response from me. The movers arrived at 8:59. I’m expecting a 9:30 arrival based on the offices information. Two Men & a Truck did refund 30 minutes. However the movers stood around at least 20 minutes waiting to hear from their boss. I was very disappointed in the move. Two items listed, only 1 was moved and they were thoroughly instructed. SMH. I paid over $300 to move 1 refrigerator. I then had to call a family to do the rest. Next time I’ll go elsewhere or stick with family.

The process in hiring was easy, team that showed up were nothing but professional a d friendly and stuck with the job. Very pleased with the overall experience, well done.

The entire moving experience was great. It was a last minute move made easier with all the staff. The two gentlemen that came to move us were friendly and very helpful. I would use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK again. Thank you.

Furniture was (for the most part) wrapped well, but two pieces of glass arrived broken/chipped. A table slipped out of loose packaging and damaged our hard wood floor. One bed was not assembled with the appropriate supports (a wooden plank was left on the floor next to the bed) and a number of loose bolts were found wrapped in duct tape. I understand the guys were tired by the end of the day, but that's no excuse to not complete installation properly. It was clear that one of the two teams of guys was simply inexperienced and needed more guidance.

Our moving team was courteous fun and a pleasure to spend the day with. Hard workers

Brad and the crew were OUTSTANDING. Starting off with their excellent can-do attitude on a very lousy winter day. It was bitter cold and snowing all day. Everything I asked them to do, they did cheerfully without hesitation. They took good care of our furniture and were very careful with covering the carpeting etc. If anyone is thinking about using TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, hire them, you won't regret it. GREAT customer service.

Overall we were happy with our move. The conclusion of the move seemed a little rushed, and there was some damage done to our brand new house when they took our washer upstairs. The woodwork was damaged, we are still waiting to hear back regarding getting that fixed. The movers however were friendly, and seemed to enjoy their work. We would recommend the company, but more care must be taken when moving large items around walls/corners/etc.

Extremely happy with the moving team- Brad, Ryan, and Jinel (I apologize if that’s spelled wrong). They worked hard in extremely cold temps. Great job by all!
