I was astonished at how poorly the movers moved us into the new place. They were great getting everything out of the old place but they literally just dumped almost everything into our dining room - making it impossible to find anything right now. We did both have to leave for a bit but my wife gave instructions; in addition, the boxes were all labeled with rooms and she specifically said to move all boxes labeled "Books" upstairs. Instead, everything is literally in one room with the exception of a few pieces of furniture. Not one box was taken upstairs. Not one.

On top of this, our largest dresser is now broken, and several boxes marked "fragile" were crushed by the weight of book boxes placed on top of them. They also scratched/scraped the paint off the walls in our brand new place.

The moving team was friendly and personable. A few scuffs on walls and a few dings on furniture understandable but the damage to some of our walls and the damages to our furniture is very disappointing. If furniture needs to be set down on concrete prior to carrying into a house cardboard and/or a moving blanket should be placed under the furniture. Better training and attention to detail is needed. I could recommend Two Men and a Truck nor would I use the company again in the future.

overall was fine . We did find a dining room chair that was broken.

I had three items damaged, however felt most items were not handled with care. Most of my property was banged around, packed poorly and overall not treated with the care and respect I expected from two men and a truck.

I am also not pleased with the speed in which my damages are being address. It's been a WEEK and I have not heard from your company other than an email with pictures of some of the damage.

Absolutely horrible experience all around. My furniture was broken while moving because of incompetence (admittedly), the fix of the item is less than satisfactory, the customer service was the WORST I have ever had, and the lack of professionalism was atrocious. I asked to speak to the manager, Ms McNicki who never called me back (on many occasions) and the owner, who also never called me. I was told that the owner is “unlikely” to contact me, as he’s in another state across the U.S. and doesn’t take or place calls - what type of business are you running? I used the company because I was referred by a family member but have made it a point to tell others to stay far, far away. I’ve never been more disappointed with service... this is also the first bad review I’ve ever given. Sad.

Based on reputation I hired Two Men And A Truck. For the cost I did not expect damaged furniture and dinged up walls and trim in my BRAND NEW house that no one said anything about. Mistakes do happen but you would think people would have have the decency to say hay I did that. We will take care of it.

Took over an hour longer than was quoted for. I personally disassembled everything. Moved all dresser drawers prior to the movers showing up. Have a dresser that the framework was messed up. A pellet grill that they almost took the wheel and leg off of. Not satisfied at all. That's why they had gotten no tip. The lead told me 3 hours max. Then it goes almost double that. Even with 3 guys there instead of the 2 I was quoted for. Thanks, but I will not be a return customer. Let alone refer you after the money has already came out of my account.

My moving team was nice, unfortunately they broke my daughter’s dresser. The amount was taken off my bill which I appreciate, but it’s still inconvenient. They also took an extremely long time. My husband and his brother moved a much larger amount of stuff in much less time, for that reason alone I won’t use two men and a truck again. I also don’t understand why they needed to many breaks, they barely moved anything and it wasn’t even hot outside.

They were all very friendly and courteous. They were very careful and efficient. However they did ding the walls and put a hole in our screen door. Very minor but annoying. I would definitely use them again if needed. Cost is somewhat higher than expected but it was worth it. Good job guys.

Alisha was extremely nice, professional and helpful. The movers were great, but they did some damage on the linoleum floor in the kitchen and we did find some nicks in our entertainment center after the fact.
