The only criticism I have is that I made the appointment for 9:00am. When I received the confirmation email, it did say that they could arrive as early as 8:30am which they did. I would have preferred the appointment time of 9:00am. That being said, the movers were very professional and did an excellent job. I would use Two Men and a Truck in the future and will highly recommend them.

I was quoted 3 movers and 2 showed up. The first two were moving at a good pace and about 40 minutes later there was a 3rd mover (Tim). Once he arrived the moved slowed down. He would stop and take breaks, we even saw him chatting with the other residents of the building in the hallway. My partner was so frustrated she set up our TV. He stopped to watch it. In the end we were charged an extra hour

Hi Sandra, We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the late arrival of your third crew member for your move. Tim was one of our extra workers out of our east side office that day so it took a little extra time for him to get to your location since the west side crew was short handed due to a call off. This is no excuse for the move to slow down once he arrived. We'd be happy to discuss the extra hour charge if you'd like to call our claims manager at your convenience. His name is Tyson Bell and you can reach him at 440-943-3900 x1004. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM and Saturdays 8 AM-12 PM.

I have used Two Men and a Truck for my last 4 moves. The service and knowledge of the movers is exceptional and they take great care of every piece they handle. If I move again (!) I will call.

The crew that we had surpassed all expectations. They were fast and efficient and really worked well as a team. They went above and beyond with taking apart furniture and then putting it back together again. I liked how they put mats down to protect the carpet. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone.

I was initially told that I would only be charged the two hour minimum. I only needed services to move from an upstairs apartment to an apartment the next floor down. I was charged an entire hour of travel time making the estimate much more expensive than the service rep told me. I paid $400 for 2 hours of work with no travel time. Movers also broke my bed. Not satisfied at all. Unfortunately.
