This is the second time we have used TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, and we would use them a third. The moving team was timely, courteous, careful with our belongings, and efficient in transitioning us from our apartment to our new home. A great value!

The moving team was excellent and EXTREMELY kind. The office person was not good - gave me an appointment time of 3:00 and said they may be a little early. Got a call at 2:00 that the moving team was ready and that if I didn't accept that I had to cancel and still be charged for the 2 hour minimum. A "little early" does not mean an hour! The office person was more concerned with losing money for an hour than the customer. Not happy at all with the office. Moving team was great.

Absolutely terrific. Moved a very large heavy piece of furniture to basement in narrow space. Knew exactly how to position furniture and move it quickly but very carefully. Professional, prompt and very personable. Will use again. Highly recommend.

The moving crew was very good and professional, an asset to your company. Constant phone calls wanting to know if I was going to cancel were very annoying. I finally asked them to stop and they did. Also having crew try to upsell for damage insurance was shocking. Insurance should be part of hourly rate, not a ridiculous upsell. It implies that if I turned down the insurance (I did) and they damaged my belongings I'd be out of luck. In short, all of your staff were polite and courteous but your sales policies are very off putting. Overall I'm satisfied and would use again.

Two Men and a Truck provided exceptional service. This Ohio winter weather was horrid, however, Jack and Shane handled the situation with great valor. I hold them in the highest esteem and hope that they gain recognition for their work ethic and grit. These gentlemen are the embodiment of integrity, persistence, and grit.
