Movers were nice but not prepared, didn’t bring tools and were upset that job was going to take longer than they thought. When we scheduled the movers it selected storage unit instead of apartment and even though we asked them to correct this when we spoke to representative they did not and therefore they had us booked for a shorter amount of time, which we then went over. lost deposit due to this

Younger person not much help to other mover. Did not have proper equipment to move sprint piano and knew ahead of time what was to be moved. Broke handle of piece covering keys but son able to fix it. With younger person not to experienced my son had to help push piano up outside steps to get into his house.
