This was our 2nd time using Two Men & a Truck. Our prevoius move was 20 years ago; everyone was great back then so we dicided to use your services again recently.
I am happy to say that our moving team (3 Men & a Truck) Justin, Malcomb & Michael were great to work with. Professional, careful, efficient & very nice too!
Our move went smoothly, no damages at all, and done in a timely manner :)

The moving team from TM&T were excellent. They protected my belongings even before anything was moved out of the apartment. The team worked well together and clearly appreciated each other's skills and expertise. They were efficient and courteous as well as prompt in completing the job. I will most definitely hire a team through this company the next time I need to move anything.

Loved our two guys! Ryan and his partner (I forget his name) were awesome! Your company moved us in 24 years ago and that experience was great too! You have a good company with good people. Thank you!
Response
Thank you for your continued support of our moving business all these years later Dee!

Scheduling was a breeze… Raelynn did a great job of helping me coordinate the schedule between the schedules of three of my family members.
My moving team of Malcolm and Justin were fantastic… they knew what they were doing and they took care to protect the furniture as well as the ingress and egress routes with the furniture.
The problem was you kept changing times on the actual day!!! Terrible!

Nancy, we are glad you had a generally positive move with us, thank you for choosing to move with us. Unfortunately if you are an afternoon move, the arrival time of your crew depends on when the move before yours ends. We truly apologize if this was not made clear to you and that there was a lack of communication on our end. If you would like to discuss this further please call us anytime during business hours at 330-794-6683.

Whole experience was informative and easy. Everyone was very courteous, friendly and efficient. They called day before move, called prior to arrival. I would definitely use again and refer to friends.

Parris and his crew were so nice and communicative. They got a flat tire but continued to be professional and appreciative of our time and the delay.
Response
We are so glad you still had a fantastic move with us Jacqueline. Thank you for your understanding when things like this happen.
Steven
We are incredibly happy with our experience. Both Corey and Jay were very professional from the minute they stepped into our home. They were teammates in ensuring our move was a success and made the best of a difficult situation when they were stuck on the Ohio Turnpike with a flat tire for 12 hours. They were still able to deliver our stuff on time, and we are so grateful to them.
Response
We are so appreciative of your understanding when things like this arise Steven. W e are thrilled we could still complete your move and exceed your moving expectations. Cory and Jay are truly rockstars!
