Scheduling was a breeze… Raelynn did a great job of helping me coordinate the schedule between the schedules of three of my family members.
My moving team of Malcolm and Justin were fantastic… they knew what they were doing and they took care to protect the furniture as well as the ingress and egress routes with the furniture.
The problem was you kept changing times on the actual day!!! Terrible!

Unfortunately if you are an afternoon move, the arrival time of your crew depends on when the move before yours ends. We truly apologize if this was not made clear to you and that there was a lack of communication on our end. Whole experience was informative and easy. Everyone was very courteous, friendly and efficient. They called day before move, called prior to arrival. I would definitely use again and refer to friends.

We are incredibly happy with our experience. Both Corey and Jay were very professional from the minute they stepped into our home. They were teammates in ensuring our move was a success and made the best of a difficult situation when they were stuck on the Ohio Turnpike with a flat tire for 12 hours. They were still able to deliver our stuff on time, and we are so grateful to them.

My packing team was excellent - Isaac, Eric and Raven were courteous to me and respectful of my “stuff.” They stayed on task and kept me informed along the way.

The three gentlemen that moved me were friendly, efficient, careful with my things, and just great. The trainee with them was doing a great job, and his trainer was patient and helpful and positive. They were all great and I appreciated their help very much
