Office team star rating was that the lady I spoke with about the estimate did not share that the time started from leaving shop until returning to shop. The moving crew had to explain that upon arrival. My moving crew were nice gentleman that were very attentive to our requests and did a great job!

This time I used the team out of Akron, OH. Your team did a great job (as usual) and were very polite and professional. They did things by the book and were accommodating to a couple special requests. I will use and recommend this team and this company again in the future.

The team that did the move was wonderful. Kate especially was so kind to our very old dog!

They were so awesome!! that young lady was as strong as an ox, so darn cute and very personable.

The two young men, that helped my daughter move her items from a college house. This 2 men were so nice, can easy talk to them to ask questions regarding the moving process. They answered my questions, worked and moved quickly. I would definitely recommend using this company again, and recommending them to my friends for there college more etc. And to note the one mover was new in training...

All 3 of our movers were fantastic. So kind, quick and helpful. They were respectful of the space and items and were a joy to work with.

You provide a valued service I have used in the past...

My only negative is the 2-hour minimum, especially when a job is a filler one like this, $330.00 for a job that took less than an hour to complete is a bit excessive.

I know you have a business to run and will still use you for future needs, just my thoughts.

I spoke to the local office & explained the issues with my move - not moving everything & leaving some really heavy stuff I am struggling to move myself. When it was clear - to them, I guess - they didn’t have room for everything, they didn’t ask me to prioritize what I could move myself & what I absolutely needed them to move. It was already more $$$ than I expected. Disappointing and exhausting.
