Linda
Your movers were fantastic and very helpful. Polite, kind, strong and fast, couldn't ask for anything more. Your pricing is a bit high and I suggest you wrap the travel time and cost into fee for customer ease (psychological) or use a flat travel fee that encompasses everything, it was disappointing to me to pay travel time for 3 movers, when only one is driving. Otherwise, great job!
Response
We are so glad you had a fantastic moving experience with us Linda. As to the pricing that is unfortunately set at corporate, however we always let them know our customers comments and concerns. Thank you for making us aware of them.
