I was not aware that I was responsible to pay for travel time. The driver told me it took him 45 mins to drive to my house. The 3 men were moving my stuff for 45 mins. They got here on thurs 5/10 at 4:15pm and were finished at 5pm. I feel I should only be responsible to pay for the hour they were here. Again, I was not aware that I had to pay for travel time. The extra hour charge is unfair. I am requesting that I get a credit for that extra hour. Thank you for your concern on this matter.

Service and moving helpers were great, but I did not receive a call before hand that movers were on their way resulting in 30-45 minutes of time being wasted on waiting for me to arrive at destination.

My situation was very fluid in terms of scheduling a moving date. The office staff was very courteous and patient during the whole process. The team that came out was very quick and efficient. I'm very please overall.

Two Men and a Truck moved the contents of my home efficiently, effectively and with great care and professionalism. The three-person crew arrived on time, worked quickly and carefully, and communicated with me throughout the process. Each of them was friendly, helpful and seemed to be genuinely concerned with providing great service. They treated me like family.
