Thumbs down!. My quote was WAY off what I was actually charged and at the end of my move, an additional $150 was added to my bill for insurance on my things. I was never told of this charge and I did not ask for insurance to be added. The movers told me to call the office first thing Mon morning and the charge would be removed. They would not remove it when I called and the man was very rude!

Kathi, we apologize on the miscommunication regarding insurance on your move. Our insurance policy should have been explained to you over the phone when scheduling your move with us. We apologize if that was not done and that is our fault. However, it is clearly defined in the moving contract you are given and signed before your move.

Five men, a woman and two trucks delivered my furnishings and personal possessions magnificently and efficiently in sweltering hot weather. They also were pleasant and engaging with me as I was the conductor of where things went. If this was not my last move, I’ll be a repeat customer.

I wish that the online quote process allowed for more customization. I was moving things after a parent passed, which is a different scenario from template & from traditional moving. Ofc staff was very understanding & accommodating. Moving crew were efficient, effective & polite. I was very satisfied with the overall outcome & felt that the value for the service matched the costs incurred.
