The movers were very nice and got the job done pretty fast. The only negative thing I have is that the corner of my leather couch was torn and the corner guard on my ping pong table is missing. I can send pics. Please contact me for more information.

The quote and manpower was as expected. No surprises or expectations not met.

No one made me aware that hours start when the men leave the office. Charged me for 30 min drive time each way, when office is 15 min away from both houses-that’s the reason I chose that location. Men got lost for an hour-took 30 min off my bill-it only takes 20 min to get from house to house. They went to W Waterloo instead of E Waterloo. Could have taken less time if the lead wasn’t as focused on reorganizing the truck 3x during the loading & the 2nd guy had to fix it. All in all really nice guys & service. However, they were not as efficient as I have previously experienced.

Wasn't made aware of the hefty penalty for cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled move.

I get the job offer of a lifetime only problem is the gig is in Columbus I live in Cleveland and my wife is nine months pregnant with our firstborn where we already had the nursery setup. I took the job and was ready to throw money at problem to make the issue of moving as small of a hassle as possible. Never had used pro movers before and called two men and a truck because I had seen them all over northeast Ohio. You guys saved me every step of the way. I want to commend and specially recognize from the office staff Monica and on the moving side Jonathan, Aaron, James and the "new guy" he was training. Monica was very patient and helpful with me issuing a speedy quote. Jonathan and Aaron's upbeat demeanor made me less stressed day of. They were total professionals who made it look EZ

Excellent experience from first phone call through the end of the move.

Overall I was pleased with service until I noticed a huge hole in the back of my daughters chest of drawers. I know it was not there before the move as her furniture was new and the movers were quick to address the status of an old chair. I will not recommend you all to anyone.

Due to a short lead time for the move, TMT got me set up quickly and was able to book in under a week. Very thankful, especially given the holiday week. The two gentlemen who performed the move were attentive and efficient. When I mis-communicated the location for a large heavy refrigerator, there was no push back or attitude...they relocated the piece just as diligently as the initial move.
If i were to offer one critique it was the heavy smoke smell from the Team. I am not adverse to smoking, but when you are selling a home and people are handling items like mattresses, couches, etc. that smell can leave a presence. I would never ask for people to change their personal habits, but choosing to smoke outside vs. inside a small truck cabin would be appreciated from my end.
