I had a good experience. The move went pretty smooth. I got a call after the move to check in and address any concerns. I shared a small concern with the amount of time I was charged for (nothing I was going to fight over), but the rep listened and ended up refunding me for the time. I really appreciated that! Will definitely recommend this location and company and will use them again!

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was excellent.

The movers arrived at my apartment in a timely fashion, and they quickly and carefully loaded my furniture onto the moving truck. They even offered to move a couple of my larger possessions that were not a part of the original moving plan. (I believed I could move them myself.) I later realized that they took quite a burden off my shoulders, as it turned out moving those additional items myself would have been more difficult that I imagined.

When we arrived at our destination, the movers again quickly and carefully unloaded my items, and they made a point of placing my furniture precisely where I wanted it.

When it is time for my next move, I will absolutely be using Two Men and a Truck again.

Joe and Sam were professional, hard-working, and respectful of my home and belongings. I will recommend them to anyone I know who is moving.

As with the packing on Friday Jan. 4 I saw how professional, caring, and how enjoyable it was to be around your employees. Three from Friday requested to come back on Monday the 7th to help with the move. This act of kindness, touched an old man's heart and soul. On moving day your team once again went out of their way to provide excellent service. Thank you again and know I will recommend "2Men and a Truck" as often as I can.

Very pleased with how they wrapped the items to load. Sally

This is the third time sharing why my experience was not completely stellar. The ambiguous and unexplained $186.00 valuation fee. I NEVER would pay an extra $186.00 to travel 7 miles across town. At the very unlikely event that the truck would wreck and destroy all of my items, is not that what having insurance is for? And would I truly be compensated for the complete value of my items destroyed? I highly doubt it. Charging almost 50% of the amount billed for moving is a bit steep. My dad paid for this and I was so embarrassed for him because we did not realize there was going to be an extra charge of $186.00 and that we could have declined that charge before they movers started to put items on the truck. I will be sure to tell everyone I know of how these charges can be avoided.

The movers were extremely helpful and careful in moving the stuff

Charles Altman was very professional, positive and maintained good energy throughout the day.

The men were prompt arriving, very careful and courteous and worked steadily to complete the job in a reasonable time.

Completely satisfied and will use again and/or refer to friends. John and Jack were fun and efficient.
