My move was scheduled for Dec17th and no one ever arrived. Called Matheus in the office who told me I wasn't scheduled until the next day, the 18th. My move details were never properly updated in the system, storage facility address was wrong, only recieved my pre move letter email the day I was supposed to move because I called to understand where the movers were at. Once the movers arrived on the 18th, they confirmed they thought they were scheduled for the 17th.
I incurred additional fees to change my rental car reservation, missed work and client demands, lost use of my utilities because they were scheduled to turn off on the 17th, lost critical appointments, and more.
I repeatedly asked Matheus to speak with his supervisor to see what could be done and never received support.
Awful.

Great experience, the service was performed in a timely manner, the fees were affordable and the moving team was careful, respectful and knowledgeable. Will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again!

The moving team could use more proper tools if available to them. They didn’t have tools to dismantle beds.

I called Two Men and a Truck because a girlfriend saw a show on The Net (a Catholic Channel) and was impressed by the history of the company's founder. I decided to give them a try since I was looking for an interstate moving company. I was not disappointed. The office staff was polite and professional. My moving team was fantastic. Courteous, personable, professional. They took care of moving my belongings, loading and unloading them once they got to Maine. I can't say enough about the entire experience and would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone!

The website was great, user friendly and helpful. I didn’t get a call back though with a quote and had to call back myself a day or two later. The rep I spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly. The movers showed up on time. They were professional, good spirited, and always polite to myself and each other in what I imagine could be a somewhat stressful job. They handled things with care and moved some very heavy items, including a huge elliptical with ease. My overall experience was really positive.
